By downloading, installing, or using CwinScraper ("the extension"), you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall and discontinue using the extension immediately.

2. Permitted Use

CwinScraper is licensed to you strictly for lawful research, creator analytics, competitive benchmarking, and marketing intelligence purposes. You may use CwinScraper to inspect and extract public channel metadata on your own channels or competitor channels.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Non-Ripper Compliance

Strictly Not a Downloader or Ripper: CwinScraper operates exclusively as a client-side metadata analytics tool. The extension has NO capability or feature to download, capture, stream-rip, store, or redistribute copyrighted YouTube audio or video files.
No Excessive Flooding: You must respect throttling limits to avoid putting undue automated stress on YouTube web servers.
No Reverse Engineering: You may not circumvent license key protection mechanisms or resell unauthorized Pro licenses.

4. Trademark & Non-Affiliation Notice

Notice: YouTube™ is a trademark of Google LLC. Use of this trademark is subject to Google Permissions. CwinScraper is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC or YouTube.

5. Pro Subscriptions, Merchant of Record (Creem.io) & Refunds

Authorized Merchant of Record: All orders and subscription billings are processed by Creem (Creem.io) acting as the official Merchant of Record (MoR). Creem is the legal seller responsible for payment processing, sales tax and VAT/GST calculation and remittance, and customer billing support.

Credit Card Billing Descriptor: Transactions will appear on your banking or credit card statements under the descriptor: CREEM.IO* CWINSRAPER (or CREEM.IO* STORE).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the extension following posted modifications constitutes binding acceptance.
